Michael Moore will make his latest documentary, "Slacker Uprising," available for free over the Internet on September 23.

"This is being done entirely as a gift to my fans. The only return any of us are hoping for is the largest turnout of young voters ever at the polls in November," Moore said in a statement.

"Slacker Uprising" documents Moore's attempt to convince apathetic young people to vote.

Those interest will be able grab it over at BlipTV.

Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 9/11" will get a sequel, according to the LA Times. The film will examine the effects of eight years of the Bush presidency.

It is expected to be released in mid-2009.
