When Nicky's Restaurant first opened in Canton, Ohio in November of 1993, as part of the grand opening promotion, they released a bunch of balloons containing dinner coupons good for two. One of the balloons ended up in Margaret and Ken Savory's backyard in Waterford, Canada. 15 years later, the Canadian couple finally made the 300 plus miles to redeem it.

According to the WKYC report, health problems had prevented Margaret and Ken from coming to the restaurant earlier.

"I think that in back of my mind I was hoping that one day I would feel well enough to see if the place was here," Margaret told WKYC.

What did they have for dinner? Pork chops.
