It's no secret that Steven Spielberg is unhappy at his new home at Paramount and that he's making plans to move to greener pastures sometime this year. The how part is answered by an article in the Wall Street Journal today.
The article says DreamWorks is close to a deal with Mumbai-based entertainment conglomerate Reliance ADA Group to make such a move happen. Reliance would provide DreamWorks with $500 to $600 million in financing in exchange for equity in the new company.
According to Valleywag, Reliance has been accused by Universal of selling pirated DVD.
