Would you want to live in an 80-story skyscraper that rotates and changes shape all the time? You can if you move to Dubai and have $3.7-$36 million to burn.

Designed by Italian architect David Fisher, the 1,378-foot building is powered by 79 wind turbines and each floor can rotate independently 360 degrees.

The skyscraper will be completed in 2010. There are plans to build a similar building in Moscow.
