New York's Coney Island has added a new attraction to the theme park, but it's not roller coaster ride.

Called the "Waterboard Thrill Ride," the attraction, if one can call it that, features a robot pouring water over the clothe-covered face of another.

This "Ride" is created by artist Steve Powers to criticize the technique, which some in the government said is not torture.

To see the robots in action, visitors have to insert one dollar in a slot.
