Table tennis or ping pong is a sport widely played in the Asian countries, especially in China. As a spectator sport though, it could use some work as evidenced by the empty seats in the Olympic games.

The proposed solution? Throw in some curves.

"We are trying to push the players to use skirts and also nicer shirts, not the shirts that are made for men, but ones with more curves," International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) vice president Claude Bergeret said.
